New: More flexible cancellation conditions!
A deposit of 25% is requested at the time of booking by sending a booking contract. The balance is required at the beginning of the stay.
For any stay booked directly on our website or by e-mail/telephone, no cancellation penalty will be applied up to 72 hours before arrival.
The deposit of 25% will be reimbursed in full without any request for proof. Beyond that, it remains the property of the owner.
