Terms and conditions of sale

For any stay booked directly on our website or by email/telephone, no cancellation penalty will be applied up to 72 hours before arrival. The deposit of 25% will be

reimbursed in full without the need for a supporting document. 

A deposit of 25% is requested at the time of booking by sending a booking contract. The balance is required at the beginning of the stay. In the event of cancellation 72 hours before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be refunded. After this date, the deposit remains the property of the owner.

• Arrival from 4.30pm to 7.30pm
• Departure at 11.30 a.m.
• Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am, and can be taken earlier if required.
• Unlimited and free wifi
• Non-smoking house
• Pets are not allowed.
