The Mondial du Lion
The Mondial du Lion is an eventing competition held every year in mid-October in the Parc de l'isle Briand in Le Lion d'Angers.
This competition is part of the World Championship for 6 and 7 year old horses. We see the best riders in the world there.
The Anjou Festival
this open-air theater festival offers around 20 shows and around 30 performances in castles and historic monuments in the région.
The Plessis Macé Château less than 20km from our house offers the biggest stage!
Les Heures Musicales du Haut Anjou
The most beautiful classical music scores are played in August by prestigious artists. The ten or so concerts take place mainly in churches, but the Plessis Macé Château or the Baumette convent in Angers also host them.
A concert is usually given in the church in Thorigné d 'Anjou.
